UID Time limit 

Delivery in Departmental offices :14 days

Delivery in Branch offices:17 days

Note: UID would be redirected to the new address , If any intimated by the addressee to the delivery postoffice Concerned, In case the the address has not left his/her new addresswith the delivery post office, the Undelivered UID letters would be returned to the “return address” montioned on the Uid letter Directorate letter  No: 51-58/2010- BD and MD dated 1.12.2011
