SP– Link Aadhaar Number [Beta Version]

SDC Chennai has developed a tool for linking AAdhar Number to existing SB accounts this tool can be used at both HOs and SOs.

Pre-requisites
1. .NET Framework 3.5
2. Sanchay Post Version 7.0
Functionality of the tool:
1. The tool allows the user to select the office (in case of HOs)
2. After selecting the office, account number should be entered.
3. Only live accounts are accepted.
4. If the entered account number is valid, Aadhaar number will be accepted.
5. Aadhaar number is validated to avoid duplication.
6. A single Aadhaar number can be linked to only one SB account.
7. On clicking ‘Save’ button, ‘Confirm’ button is displayed so that the entered
numbers are verified once again by the user before actually saving the record.
8. Option is available for listing out the linked accounts as a ‘.csv’ file

It is clarified that as per the rule4(2)a of NSC VIII issue iX issue rules, a single holder type certificates  may be issued  to an adult for himself on or behalf of a minor or to a minor , Therefore it is clarified that NSCs can be purchased by an adult in the name of a minor irrespective of any relation

Known Issues - Sanchay Post Version 7.0

1. NSC IX Issue 10years No provision for handling NSC IX Issue has been made in Sanchay Post. So, as per SB order no.30/2011 dated 30/11/2011 NSC IX Issue (stock maintenance & certificate issue) should be to be done manually.   2. SCS Extended Accounts Closure For SCS Accounts closed after completion of 8 years (extended accounts), interest for no. of days elapsed from date of maturity to date of closure is erroneously calculated at the rate of 9%. Post Maturity has to be paid for completed months only at SB rates of interest. Post Maturity Interest should be calculated manually at the time of closure. 3. SCS accounts extended after April 2012 For SCS Accounts extended after 01/04/2012, the interest rate should be at the prevailing rate, i.e. 9.3%. Software will calculate interest based on the date of opening of the account, i.e. 9%. For these accounts, send the account number along with POCode being used in Sanchay Post to 'sblansupport@hotmail.com' for solution. 4. Transfer-in of SCS extended accounts For SCS extended accounts opened as transfer-in, open the SCS account as transferred-in with 21 withdrawals through online module. If one year has elapsed from the date of maturity, then send the account number allotted at the transferee office along with POCode being used in Sanchay Post to 'sblansupport@hotmail.com' for solution.   5. Maturity Date of NSC VIII Issue - 5years No modification is done in Sanchay Post regarding the calculation of maturity period in respect of NSC VIII Issue - 5 years certificates. The maturity date of NSC VIII Issue certificates issued in Sanchay Post will be calculated on the basis of 6 years only and displayed as such in the case of 5 years certificates also.

Pre-requsite
1. Do Day end in Sanchay Post
2.For Sub offices Make ensure that u have a row of HO in Intilisation-->PO name and address
3.Seperate Block should be there for NREGS Account
4.U Have already Upgraded to version 6.6
5.Check DB analyser>>Database Discrepency>>NREGS with invalid job details and NREGS with multiple job cards 

Sanchay Post Version 7.0 released

The New Sanchay post Version 7.0 released. The Version is specifically for NREGS accounts.
Version 7.0 contains additional forms in SB group for handling NREGA Transactions using eMO Client


Upgradation Procedure

2.On sucessful upgradation, Uninstall previous and Install previous version
