Patch3 for Speednet 3.1.2 released version dated 15.12.2011 released on 27.4.2012. To update the Base Value of Speed post tariff for One India - One Rate Scheme in BNPL and CA Module. The patch version can be viewed from Help-->AboutSpeednet.
A new option EPP with Flat rate box option introduced in this version
This Patch Comes with two folders one for data base upgradation and other for client. Data base upgradaion is to be done in Server only and Client tools need to apply in all system were Speednet is installed
