(Q)  It has been informed by several SAs, that whe they click on the print button, an error 'Unable to load print control comes


(Solution)
On googling we found some one telling to delete one registry entry. The machine we were using was also showing the same error 'Unable to load printer control' . if this is the problem , then delete the following entry from registry and close and open IE.
